This will be the next touch screen Nokia phone by Q4 of 2009. I expect it will be coming out soon. This model is quite cool. Of course, the design looks really nice. The color combination is really attractive but the performance is still remain unknown for the moment.

Nokia X6 comes with stereo speakers and 35mm audio jack. It is a touch screen model. The display of the Nokia X6 is 360x640 pixels 3.2 inches display. Handwriting recognition is also included in this model. The best part of this model is that the display surface is scratch-resistant glass surface.

This model comes with 32GB internal storage. The Nokia X6 comes with 128MB RAM. There are no external card slot included in this phone and I doubt anyone wants to add extra storage because 32GB internal storage is more than enough to store photos, music and videos.

As for the connectivity, this Nokia X6 comes with 3G (HSDPA 3.6MBPS), WiFi 802.11b/g with UPnP technology, HSCSD and so on. The connectivity features of this model is quite complete. The camera included in this Nokia X6 is 5 Megapixels with Dual LED flash. The camera can also capture video using VGA at 30fps.


The processor is still the same as the Nokia Xpress Music 5530 which is ARM 434 MHz processor. By using the same processor, I am not sure whether this Nokia X6 can give good performance or not. We will have to wait for the real model to try it out.

Nokia X6 support up to around 8 hours talk time in 2G mode and 6 hours in 3G mode. The battery life for music playing mode can support up to 35 hours.

Overall, this model is a much awaited model. It is considered an almost complete and perfect phone. The performance of this model needs to be tested to give a better comment.

Nokia 5530 Xpress Music is another Xpress Music model from Nokia. It is a full touch screen model. It has a good performance. The functions on the phone can run quite fast. The phone is using ARM 434 MHz processor using Symbian OS v9.4, Series 60 rel. 5. It comes with 3.2 Megapixels camera with flash. The 3.2 Megapixels camera can capture videos in VGA mode in 30fps. The video quality is quite good too. The internal memory is 70MB and the external memory card comes with the package is 4GB. You can further upgrade the external memory storage capacity to maximum 16GB.

The display is a 2.9 inch touch screen display with 360x640 pixels and 16M colors. The touch screen comes with handwriting recognition which means that if you are writing alphabets, the phone can recognize your handwriting and input it to the phone. I tried to write Chinese letter using the phone and it can produce the handwriting correctly.

Another attractive feature is this phone comes with WiFi 802.11b/g. The bad part of this model is that it does not support 3G. This model has an acceptable battery life with up to around 5 hours talk time and up to 27 hours music playing.

Overall, I like the design of this model. The performance of this model is quite good but it lacks of 3G.

Connectivity features on this model is quite good but it lacks of UPnp technology for the WiFi connectivity. Sony Ericsson G705 also comes with GPS with A-GPS support.



Overall, it is a nice phone with nice look and great function. The Sony Ericsson G705 looks really nice and classy. Sony Ericsson G705 is priced the affordable price. So, you can get the look and the great features at wonderful price.

If you like Nokia E-Series, then there is another new E-Series model for you to have a look. It is Nokia E52. Nokia E52 is a 98 grams mobile phone from Nokia comes with quite good features.

Nokia E52 has 3.2 megapixels camera with LED flash and enhanced fixed focus. Nokia E52 also has WiFi capability, UPnp Technology, Bluetooth, HSCSD, GPRS, EDGE and 3G HSDPA 10.2 Mbps and HSUPA 2 Mbps. The connectivity of this model is quite good and complete.

For the storage of Nokia E52, it has internal memory of 60MB and external expandable memory up to 16GB. 1GB memory card is included with the package. If you feel that your Nokia E52 is lack of storage, then you can upgrade the external storage as you like.

Nokia E52 is using TFT screen with 16M colors at resolution of 240x320 pixels. The display size is 2.4 inches. In addition to some of the specifications stated, the Nokia E52 also has a 3.5mm audio jack. The phone also has GPS with A-GPS support and Nokia Maps 3.0 is included.

Overall, Nokia E52 is a model with all the great features you would want to have on a mobile phone.

Dell new mini notebook Dell Mini 10 and Dell Mini 10v. Although the Dell Mini 10 and 10v is small in size but Dell manages to make the keyboard 92% the size of normal keyboard. This is quite a good improvement because we would not have hard time using small size keyboard.

The screen size is using 16:9 aspect ratio to provide a good viewing and display. Anyway, Dell Mini 10 and 10v does not come with CD and DVD drive, so users would need to buy an external optical disk drive.



As usual, the processor of this model is still using Intel Atom. Dell Mini 10 is using Intel Atom Z530 1.6GHZ while Dell Mini 10v is using Intel Atom N270 1.6GHZ. Both models are using 1GB DDR2 SDRAM. AS for graphic card, Dell Mini 10 is using Intel Graphics Media Accelerator 500 while Dell Mini 10v is using Intel Graphics Media Accelerator 950. Both models come with wireless network card which is Dell Wireless 1397 802.11b/g Half Mini Card.

Overall, the features of this model are consider average but it is a good buy because the price are very affordable. Dell Mini 10 is priced at RM1699 while Dell Mini 10v is priced at RM1499.
